Service Tech (Josh) called to let me know he was on the way and he showed up on time to perform routine service on my HVAC. He was prepared with all equipment needed for the job and he took time out to demonstrate how to replace the humidifier filter and to explain exactly what services he was performing during this visit. When complete, he reiterated what he had done and reviewed the current condition of the unit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. I’ve been working with this company for over a year and they haven’t let me down yet. Also, I think Josh has been my service person since I started with this company, and he’s done a great job.

Josh was a wonderful technician. He was the one who came out for our initial consultation and estimate and was very informative and knowledgeable about his craft. It’s not often you find technicians who know their stuff and are also able to explain it in ways customers can understand. He provided examples, background on our system, recommended we do our research on the product and the process as well so that we had different perspectives (we got an Airscrubber installed in our HVAC system) and gave us the amazing benefits of having membership for future maintenance and services with SuperTech. We called to ask more questions and the customer service reps were so helpful. We scheduled the work and Josh was the one who then came out to do the install so we felt good about the fact that he was already familiar. Overall great team, great service, neat work. We will look no further and neither should you.
