I am really impressed with Steven’s performance. He went over every part of the system and was here until almost midnight getting our heat running. He explained everything he did and how it worked. He gets high marks all around.

We appreciated the fast service, the (unsolicited but welcome) call when there was an opening for an earlier appointment, the technicians friendliness and knowledge, and then the very fast turn-around for the estimator to come and look at the issue, work up an estimate, and get us set up under the wire for a tax rebate and the BGE bonus (or rebate) for changing out an inefficient and environmentally harmful AC unit. Oh, and they are also putting in a new water heater. Best part was knowing the name and face of the people coming to the door before they arrived. Oh, and the price after all the above, adding in a water heater, was only $2,000 more than what we paid for our AC/furnace in 2006.
