Kenny is great. He is very professional. He patiently answered every question I have using layman’s term. He recommended dehumidifier to address the condensation issue instead of going through what the other contractor told me to do, which is to reroute the entire air duct unit of my basement ceiling which will cost me an enormous amount of money. According to Kenny the dehumidifier can solve my problem for a long period of time. I also like the fact that he gave me the option to purchase my own unit and he will take care of installing it.
