My service tech Terran was the best. We have two systems and he was very thorough with both. We are on annual program that gives us a spring and fall tuneup and we received a complete checkup. Also gave me a few recommendations that will help our systems maintain their integrity and last for many years to come. Plus Terran answered all my questions and showed me some videos on his recommendations. We are very pleased.
