Kenny was great. Diagnosed the capacitor issue within minutes and had the unit working in no time. Service-wise, no complaints. However, $300+ for a $20 capacitor is a bit on the pricey side. But I guess that’s the cost of convenience and not having to diagnose the issue yourself or source parts online. Overall, it was a positive experience very and I would work with super tech again.
