Yousef is an asset to supreme air. Very friendly and helpful. Supreme air is lucky to have him.
I love Youseff. He is very polite helpful and seems to know his job. The only improvement would be to please turn out lights and close doors and garage doors behind your exit. Marsha Hall
Replace bottom elements
Replace bottom element of water heater. Customer refused to pay evaluation fee and refused to sign estimate due to rheem telling customer it would be free. We didn’t install the unit so we’re not responsible for damage that was done to water heater. Customer is waiting for word from rheem weather or not the charge will be covered. Customer thought we were replacing the element for the evaluation fee.
Customer recently replaced the air filters for each unit. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, including the auxiliary heat strips and all are within specification. I operated the units on second stage heating mode and measured heat of extraction for each unit which is right at 50,000 btu/hr which is slightly better than printed data. I pressurized each ground loop to 65psi. Both units are operating normal. I gave the customer an estimate to install a humidifier on unit #2, which serves the downstairs area. I also noticed that neither electrical panel has any form of surge protection and highly recommended adding whole house surge protectors to each of the 2 main electrical panels.

I replaced both loop pumps on the unit that serves the upstairs. Both pumps were locked up. Tested the unit for normal operation. I replaced the EZ trap on the main level unit. It was leaking at a joint that could not be glued again. Unit operating normal. I let the customer know that I was finished and that they could turn the unit back on to cooling.
Replaced blower motor that was constantly shutting system off with error 41 with new motor. Tested system by cycling at thermostat and took amp readings on motor. New motor functioning properly.
