Was with outheat for 3 days. The service tech was great. the office staff dropped the ball. Did not update Schedule for Thursday yet had committed to having someone here in 2 to 4 time frame. When I called after 3 rep was surprised said wasn't on schedule. Then committed to having someone here on Friday at 8. Called at 8:30 and tech was at shop picking up equipment. a good 30 minutes away. Tech arrived 9:15. my time and committments have to be managed. I cannot do that when the I am not given a realistic time frame. Missed an appointment
Yonas is very detailed oriented technician. Open to explaining the different checks he is making to ensure the inspection system is complete.
As always, Supreme Air gave excellent service. Daniel Scull, the technician was personable and knew what he was doing. When I mentioned that I had a loose faucet, he examined it and quickly fixed it. He also noted the age of my water heater, which I was aware of, and told me that Supreme did plumbing. I had put off replacement because I didn’t want the hassle of finding a reliable plumber. I was able to get a new one installed by Supreme the same afternoon.
Paul Lee responded to my call about the kitchen INSinkerator not working. After a quick look, he said he thought our problem was a bad switch, not the device. But he hooked up the replacement device just to be sure, and it didn't work. I'm now in pursuit of an electrician to address what seems to be an electrical rather than plumbing problem.
Dan was helpful with explaining the different areas he was inspecting and the possible issues found. He provided actionable solutions to address each issue. He was very friendly and answered all questions concerning the furnace and hot water tank. He has great interpersonal skills.
As usual, Youssef did an excellent job with the annual furnace and humidifier check and maintenance.
Alphonso was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and allay my fears about the gas leak.
"The first call to schedule the Was August. II was then scheduled for later September and canceled due to other folks needs. It was reschedule for October 16. On the 15th they could fit me in so that was fine. The service was quick and completed in an hour. Hope scheduling next season is more organized!!

A condenser pump which had worked fine for years was suddenly no longer working when the technician completed his work and left the house. It was filled with gunk which he did not clean out, despite the high cost of the furnace humidifier maintenance annual contract. The result was a full pump reservoir, which causes automatic shutoff of the furnace, which happened to be on the 2nd coldest night of the winter (low 20s). I discussed my experience with Rodney so the company is aware that I was dissatisfied. Last year, the same tech handled the water feed tube in the humidifier device, and it was fragile and broke. Last year, he said I could just buy tubing at Home Depot to replace it. So I did that and his advice turned out to be completely false as what I really needed was a feed tube assembly kit and I learned how to replace it myself, with the aid of the manufacturer's parts supplier. This tech won't be coming here anymore, which was what I specified to Donna last year, but somehow that was overlooked and he showed up & I had another bad experience.
The Service Tech was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Discussed in detail what parts he was working on and where any issues existed.
