Disconnect laundry tub and install customer supplied laundry tub to also gain easier access to water heater. Tested works fine no leaks on laundry tub.

Fall pm on 01/27/20 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain checked air filter and replaced checked blower motor checked coil checked all other electrical connections in door unit checked condenser unit outdoor checked electrical connections checked compressor capacitor checked voltage and amps checked pressure and temp and they are ideal indicating zero leaks checked all other electrical connections unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended Ez trap installation Duct cleaning also Uv lights installation and hole house surge protector installation to avoid future problems.
Will collect the remaining portion of job when we return tomorrow. The remaining balance is 711.00$. Customer is ordering the the tub so we can install the same day as the water heater.
Up on arrival performed winter maintenance on 12/30/2019. Checked thermostat for operation, checked system for operation. Changed air filter provided by customer. Checked all electrical components. Took delta T. System operating normal at this time.
Fall pm on 12/20/19 On arrival I sanded the flame rectification probe and checked burner arrangement the ignitor homes out to be in good condition checked all other electrical connections set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filter Ned to be replaced checked blower motor checked all other electrical connections checked temp rise DT 50.9 made for 35-65 unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended DUCT Cleaning also Uv lights installation and hole house surge protector to avoid future problems customer accepted the option 1 duct cleaning customer schedule for December 30th between 11 to 3 pm. collected full amount of the duct $499:on C.C DUCT CLEANING
Up on arrival found mold inside the heat pump air handler. Removed all mold with chemical from the unit. Took pictures. Accidentally charged customer for the uv light 479$ instead of 325 for mold removal. Reported to the office. 154.00 will be refunded back to the customer.
