In performing the maintenance I found the txv valve is not modulating the refrigerant. I isolated the sensing bulb and dunked it in hot and cold water and the suction pressure never changes. I called WF tech support and was given a Case # and they warrantied the txv valve and a new filter drier. All other aspects of the unit are operating normal but unit has low temperature rise and low heat of extraction.
