Replace Variable Speed Pump. Shut off water flow, drained portion of piping so I could remove pump. Unwired old pump then mounted new pump and wired it to system. Used pressure tool to increase pressure and bleed out air in lines. Burped Pump then opened up water valves. Returned power to system and ran pump by itself to test and circulate water to ensure all air was removed. Ran heat and checked operation. Unit operating normal at this time. Customer let me in to perform service but left shortly after. Once finished with repair I got confirmation to use card on file for 2nd half of payment. Locked up cellar and back door for customer.
Return visit to install Uv lights On arrival turn the unit off from disconnect box installed Blue Tube Uv lights for both units rewire low voltage wires tested checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps measured supply and return air temp checked all other electrical connections unit start operating very smoothly without any hesitating or lag units operating normal at this time. Collected job balance $ 1361.50 on C.C on file.
Service call on 11/09/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections I put my aurora tools I found error codes E16 417 times unplug the VS Pump wires checked amps I have 1.19amps the unit is working normal I’m suggesting to replace the VS pump I gave quote for customer she is going to decide after she talks to her husband unit operating normal with out the VS pump collected $59 dispatch fee on C.C on file.
Return visit on 10/23/19 On arrival install 3 hole house surge protector tested checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked all house breaker operating very smoothly without any hesitating or lag no balance collected the job is not completed we have to come back to install 2 uv lights.
DISCONNECT BOX REPAIR ALSO 2 HOLE HOUSE SURGE PROTECTOR AND UV LIGHTS Fall pm on 10/17/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked air filter and replaced checked compressor capacitor checked coil checked blower motor checked EWP and LWP also water temp checked all other electrical connections I found the disconnect box is melted i suggested to replace it now to avoid future problems also I recommended uv lights installation and hole house surge protector I gave quote for customer accepted also customer got special discount by Alex customer accepted the quote replacing the unit number 1 disconnect box installed new disconnect box rewire high voltage wires tested start up and unit began operating very smoothly without any hesitating or lag checked all other electrical connections units operating normal at this time. We have to come back to install 2 uv lights
Up on arrival checked unit for draining leak, found no leaks. Unit drain properly, checked pressures ,air flow. Unit operating normal at this time
Spring Pm 08/08/19 On arrival customer explained to me what happened set the unit to call for cooling put water in condenser drain pan for ductless system drain is clogged water is not running out no access to clean drain line from indoor unit I checked from out side in roof tray to vacuum the drain line but that is not working i pressure drain pipe with nitrogen is working tested put water to the drain pan indoor unit water is gone out so quickly checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked condenser unit checked pressure and temp and they are ideal indicating zero leaks checked all other electrical connections unit operating normal at this time. No payment collected customer used one of her service she has.
