We had a whole house HVAC system and water heater installed by Supreme. The installation was supposed to take one day. It ended up taking three days because of ineptitude and incompetence. A too large water heater was initially installed and then had to be removed and replaced. The installation was sloppy. The HVAC system did not work initially b/c installers mis-wired it. A technician who came out to get the system running informed us that the old air filter had been left in rather than a new one being provided. A drain pipe was improperly connected which had to be corrected so that it would not keep leaking. When we tried to contact our sales person to express our dissatisfaction he was nowhere to be found. Never obtained response. His lack of responsiveness was only matched by that of the owners of the company. Several weeks ago we sent them a detailed letter describing our experience and asking them to respond. They have not made any attempt to contact us. I find their level of indifference to their customers to be shocking and brazen. I would dissuade anyone from ever using Supreme for any service. Your statement on this survey that you appreciate our business is completely contradicted by our entire experience after signing our contract.
