I uploaded a picture of the Irritrol valve that I found 90% closed on the water flow out pipe. Colin tested the unit after cleaning the filter and it satisfied the thermostat. Customer says after the plumbers came the unit worked for a day before locking no out on low pressure. Given the mild temperatures the unit would not have been having to run much and with the valve 10% open it would take at least an hour of continuous run time or more to fault. It is possible it was closed by a plumber and not opened all the way. I called Colin to verify warranty status. Unit operating normal.

Upon arrival I found packaged geo system locked out on Low Pressure. During diagnostics I reset system and checked operation. Found low water flow (EWP 65psi, LWP 48psi). Verified Coax Coil is not where restriction is so I went to Inline water filter, which was black. Opened up relief on the bottom and no water came out. Shut off all water flow and removed inline filter from piping. Took outside and cleaned out by hooking up bottom relief to garden hose and using back pressure to clear restriction. Flushed out filter as well but found that filter screen has a few holes in it. Quoting customer to replace Inline filter because holes are causing debri to clog water flow, 1.5inch filter. Unit seems to be operating normally once Filter was cleaned. System started by satisfying hot water then switched over to heating and satisfied thermostat. **1.5inch Mesh 60 Inline Filter** Need to replace the 1.5inch Inline filter screen, current one has holes.

Make a permanent jumper wire to bypass faulty flow switch. Flow switch is not necessary for this open loop system, per Enertech Tech Support. The water flow switch was faulty causing the unit to go into lockout within a minute after starting. I proved water flow through the unit and normal refrigerant pressures. I called Enertech Tech Support to help me confirm faulty flow switch. I was advised to make a permanent jumper wire and attach it to fs1 & fs2. Since this unit is open loop Tech Support told me the switch was not necessary. I jumped the terminals and the unit began operating. Unit operating normal.
