Replaced bad gfi outside for back room. Found loose wire at gfi in kitchen.
Service agreement clean and check on a 2 year old split heat pump system. Cleaned evaporator coil. Washed and waxed outdoor unit. Removed debris and leaves from the bottom of the condenser. Flushed out drain line and brushed out trap. Checked zone board and heat strips. Brushed out debris from electrical compartments. Took temperature split. System is a 5 ton and never had a start booster Installed on it. Client invested in a Start booster. Took before and after cranking amps. Start amps came down by over 20 amps with the start booster on. Checked all electrical and mechanical operations. Refrigerant charge is good . Ductwork is clean. Client asked about salt corrosion protection on his other properties. I told him coil guard spray and corrosion grenades are available to help deter salt corrosion. Entered clients information in the system.
Need to reschedule for next week. Customer is not available until after 330.

Checked filter (Customer is changing on Saturday), checked thermostat, checked evap coil, checked blower amps, checked elements amps, checked/tightened electrical connections, checked capacitor, checked fan amps, checked pressures, checked reversing valve, cleaned condenser coils.
Prepaid Preventative Maintenance: Verified System Pressures, Heating strips operation, & airflow. Checked capacitors & tightened electrical connections, verified refrigerant charge & tested defrost sequence.
