Preformed first prepaid maintenance services on a Goodman split heat pump unit, model and serial numbers match in the system. Replaced the filter and checked pressures checked amp draws and checked wiring connections. Cleaned coils and cleaned drain line, added algecide treatment to drain pan for drain line prevention. Tested float switch and tested temperature split. Delta-t is 22 degrees and heat pump heat supply is 106 and climbing. Heat strips engage and disengage with a 2 degree temperature call over what it is inside. Heat strips are working properly. After completion of maintenance all systematic components are working properly at this time.
Service call- front bedroom is not cooling properly. Found a kink in the duct work and duct work not sealed to ceiling. Straightened duct and sealed and insulated duct where register is connected from attic to room. Air flow is better. Air now only supplies that bedroom with air instead of the attic as well.

Tested float switches. Inspected duct system and it has a lot of pollen and dust. Quoted 590.00 for a duct cleaning. 11 supply vents and 2 returns. Tested Air flow and split and got a 23 degree split. He’s also interested in a blue tube uv kit. Quoted 370 for kit. All systematic components are working properly at this time.
