Cleaned and serviced Goodman split heat pump. Pressures checked good. Heat strips checked good. Capacitor checked good. UV light checked good. Cleaned evaporator coil and condenser coil. Cleared drain pan and vacuumed drain line. Unit is functioning properly upon completion.

Super tuneup. Checked heat strips and reversing valve. Checked pressure of the unit as well as capacitor. Cleaned off the unit itself and it’s coils. Unit is functioning properly upon completion and was well handled. Customer was very kind hearted and offered me some hot cocoa while I was out in the cold.
Indoor unit Blower amps are in range Run cap is borderline weak and should be replaced to prevent failure Reading 9.6 and the minimum is 9.5. / 10 Cabinet contains biological growth and should be addressed with preventative measures. The air handler is trapped outside and does not have a primary safety switch . This could cause flooding in the event of a drain line back up Outdoor unit Coils are clean, amps are in range Pressures are in range Run cap is below weak and should be changed today. Reading 25/4.9 supposed to be 45/5 Replaced the run cap under warranty Once the system has started and is operating, the run capacitor takes over and provides the extra power to run the air conditioner for long periods of time. When the air conditioner is running, both capacitors create and store energy for the push for the next cycle.
Condenser coils and Evap coils need cleaned Cats have gotten under home by the back porch and chewed holes in the ductwork . Need 12†flex installed. Mail hard copy of receipt for service fee and ductwork repair.
