2 techs serviced our unit. 1 of them turned off the water valve and left the system running for over 2 weeks which caused over $4,000 of water damage when the overflow tin spilled over from the attic and damaged the ceiling and walls of our dining room and living. We have yet to hear from anyone of you and we will be seeking legal counsel for reimbursement

FOUND DEFECTIVE COMPRESSOR FOR A PAYNE PACKAGE HEAT PUMP. DUE TO THE AGE, CONDITION AND COST OF REPAIR, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND REPLACING SYSTEM ALSO ADDING IAQ TO IMPROVE INDOOR AIR QUALITY AND PROTECT INVESTMENT.
Super tuneup. Checked heat strips and reversing valve. Checked pressure of the unit as well as capacitor. Sprayed off the unit itself and it’s coils. Unit is functioning properly upon completion and was well handled.

Cleaned and serviced ruud split heat pump. Pressures checked good. Heat strips checked good. Capacitors checked good. Cleaned evaporator coil and condenser coil. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Customer complained about a smell and her allergies, sold 2 year uv light. Unit is functioning properly upon completion.
ONCE CHECK IS RECEIVED, EQUIPMENT WILL BE ORDERED. 6 TO 8 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY ON THE 3 PHASE EQUIPMENT
