Your rep. came to my home last Thurs. to give a quote for a 12,000 BTU minisplit. Th quote was $3.675.00. I showed him one from a carrier dealer of the same size for $3200.00. He Said he can figure it out the cost because his was so high. He promised to talk to his boss and call me with a quote the next day which would be Fri. Apparently you people charge excessive high prices because I had several quotes, 2 from Florence, 2 from Hartsville, and all were WAY below your cost. All quotes were for the Dyson unit. I do not expect to hear from you as you will not be able to reduce the cost.

Cleaned and serviced American standard package heat pump. Pressures checked good. Heat strips checked good. Capacitors checked good. Cleaned evaporator coil and condenser coil. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Unit is functioning properly upon completion.
Found heil package heat pump to have a bad indoor txv. Suction in vacuum head pressure fine. System is out of warranty. Customer is speaking to husband about how to move further.
Replace blower motor unit is not working properly at this time.
