Quote to relocate switch for disposal. Quote to replace switch.
Customer called in and rescheduled because of weather.
Completed tune up. Cleaned away existing growth. Added blue tube kit.
Found ecobee thermostat scheduled with cool setting lower than heating schedule which is incorrect settings. Reset thermostat schedule to have cool mode settings higher than heat mode settings. Checked pressures and air flow. System running according to manufacturer’s specs at this time, 115 degrees supply air.
Upon arrival, I performed maintenance on a single split heat pump system. System is clean and in good working order at this time. Also added equipment information into service titan
Upon my arrival I found system set to 80°. System was satisfied at 80°. Further investigation shows system is operating as it should in the heating and cooling mode. I have tested both heat and cool and emergency heat to ensure proper operation. System is 18 years in age however system is still operating as it should at this time. I’ve also added equipment model and serial in service titan. Customer is requesting office to reach out to collect payment.
Found system not running due bad capacitor. Rated for 45/5 reading 4.3/5. Replaced warranty capacitor and added hard start kit. Checked system pressures, amps and airflow good. 60 degree supply air.

Found outdoor unit not running due to bad 35/5 capacitor. Replaced capacitor under warranty and added hardstart. Checked systems operations good according to mfg specs.
