REPLACED BURNED AND PITTED SINGLE POLE CONTACT. ALL COMPONENTS AND PRESSURES ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME. RECOMMEND CLUB MEMBERSHIP TO ASSIST WITH MAINTENANCE AND FUTURE REPAIRS.
Cleaned and serviced tempstar package heat pump. Pressures checked good. Heat strips checked good. Dual capacitor checked good, capacitor for condenser fan motor was low (replaced 10mfd). Cleaned evaporator coil and condenser coil. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Unit is functioning properly upon completion.
Super tuneup. Checked heat strips and reversing valve. Checked pressure of the unit as well as capacitor. Cleaned off the unit itself and it’s coils. Unit is functioning properly upon completion and was well handled.
System is running properly in heating and cooling at this time.
Found bad circuit breaker for inside air handler, replaced it covered under their gold plan.
Reconnected thermostat signal unit is working properly
