Defective thermostat, customer chose to get one themselves and install it.
CLEANED BURNER ASSEMBLY, FLAME SENSOR AND ORFICES FOR GOODMAN GAS PACK FOR BEDROOM AREA. ALL COMPONENTS ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME. RECOMMEND CLUB MEMBERSHIP TO ASSIST WITH MAINTENANCE AND FUTURE REPAIRS.
Adjust propane at the gas valve, unit is now working properly at this time.
Recommended both bottom gas pack duct systems be cleaned for improved air quality.
Responded to a no cool call, found unit to be a mini split. Checked unit pressures they are correct. After inspecting unit I found the coils to be the issue customer said it would freeze and unfreeze. Coils are covered in rock dust and grit. Cleaned both evaporator coil and condenser coil. Unit is at least 4-5 years old in a rough air environment. This will continue to happen Due to the environment the unit is in if not cleaned regularly. Pulled drain as well.
Preformed first prepaid maintenance services on new cool club membership, checked all filters and checked pressures checked amp draws and checked wiring connections. Cleaned coils and cleaned drain lines. Added mildew destroyer to drain lines for added drain line protection. Inspected units for growth, all units are clean. Tested float switches for split system. Checked duct work, both gas package unit duct systems would benefit from duct cleaning. Quoted 450.00 per unit. Both have one return and 9 supply vents to each unit. All three units are displaying a 19-21 degree delta-t 75-77 indoors and unit supply of 55-57 degrees. After full inspection and maintenance i find that all systematic components are working properly at this time.
