Super tuneup. Checked heat strips and reversing valve. Checked pressure of the unit as well as capacitor. Unit is functioning properly upon completion and was well handled.
FOUND SYSTEM LOW ON CHARGE DUE TO LEAKING EVAP COIL AND ACCUMULATOR. DUE TO THE AGE AND CONDITIONS OF SYSTEM, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND REPLACING. ADDED 2 LBS OF 407 UPON CUSTOMERS REQUEST UNTIL SHE SPEAKS WITH HER CHILDREN ABOUT REPLACING SYSTEM. CUSTOMER SAID SHE WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE $99 SERVICE CHARGE.
Furnace had a rollout sensor issue, resolve the issue unit is not working properly in heat mode at this time.
Wiring issues that we did not want to touch!
Cleaned and serviced ruud pkg heat pump. Upon arrival found bad condenser fan motor (replaced). Capacitors checked good. Heat strips checked good. Cleaned evaporator coil and condenser coil. Cleared drain pan and drain line. Unit is functioning properly upon completion.
FOUND BOTH KING VALVES LEAKING. SEALED CAPS WITH LEAK LOCK. ADDED (2) LBS OF 407. DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS JUST HERE. THERES NO CHARGE. ALL OTHER VISITS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
FOUND CHATTERING SINGLE AND DOUBLE POLE CONTACTS FOR FURNACE. REPAIRED BURNED STAKE ONS ALSO. UNIT OPERATION CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. STRONGLY RECOMMEND REPLACING SYSTEM DUE TO AGE AND INEFFICIENCY.
Changed evaporator coil and dryer. Pulled micron to 500. Weighed 5.5lbs 410a back in. Unit is functioning properly upon completion.
