TDH installed my system and has been servicing ever since. They provide excellent service at a fair price. They’ve performed warranty work at no cost in the past. This call was a simple fix but Ken was excellent and checked out the system for other issues before leaving.

Ken did an excellent job and faced many obstacles. He had to clime a dangerous latter to get to the roof where there are about 70 units which are supposed to be marked the the unit numbers has all faded or washed away. I could not find any and it was a hot day about 83 degrees so most of the units were running. Ken got the job done and marked my unit 204 and my neighbors 103 with out unit numbers and hopefully the ink will not fade this time.
