Henry checked and maintained my furnace. He told me what he was going to do and videoed what he did in the attic. He explained as the video played what I was looking at, why he did what he did, what would be a cause for concern, luckily all was in good order. I would give him 5 stars for just this, but he went beyond the norm for a furnace check up call. I simply asked if he could tell me who to call for my fireplace pilot light -if it was a plumber- and he insisted on looking at it, on his hands and knees and explained how the gas system interacted with the starter. This was not part of his job, I genuinely didn’t know who to call, but he took the time to give me the background to sort it out effectively. He also checked the auto fan because I questioned a potential alert on the pad. I am very impressed with Henry’s skill, expertise, and high level of customer service
