Office system had OU Inverter fault due to loss of power. Living room/dining area system thermostat loss of communication to hub ( backed up primary).
Installed new 45,000 btu single stage furnace, new 14 seer 2.5 ton a/ c unit with matching indoor coil, new filter rack, safety overflow switch and installed 2 new thermostats.
Client called us out to look at kitchen system. Installed one year ago. No issues after 45 minutes. Electrical and refrigerant pressures are within spec. Showed client emergency drain switch. Which may be filling up and shutting down system. Client has been scheduled for Friday installation for master bedroom. System runs on propane. LP conversion kit needed. Client called us out today due to upstairs system, being non-operational and master bedroom system producing little to no cooling. After inspection found upstairs circuitboard was not properly transferring voltage to outdoor contactor. Client states they barely operate upstairs system and are not looking to replace. Found master bedroom system was completely flat on R22 refrigerant. This would indicate a leak somewhere on the line set or coils. Due to the state and age of the system and what would be required for repairs advised clients replace master bedroom system. Clients have elected to move forward with bronze package; installation date scheduled for next Tuesday. Will need to reach out to manufacturers on when control board can be acquired. No Cool diagnostic found faulty 30 x 10 uf dual capacitor under warranty replaced with new; ran to cool; all components operating properly within manufacturer specifications; no further recommendations.
Installed 5 ton air handler and heat pump, phenomenal air and a return cut in. Customer will call in to make payment.
Price if to install a new water pressure regulator and set it to 65 psi. We will also relocate the gas sediment trap for the the water heater to the right location. Price also includes installing an expansion tank which helps with the pressure that is created when the tank is heating up the water.

I gave you an estimate on a couple things I found that needs to be replaced for one. The water heater is almost 23 years old and it’s got corrosion on it and it needs to be replaced ASAP. Also, I’m gonna give you an estimate for a new toilet cause we’re having problems with the toilet it’s running. I’ll give you a price to repair it and replace it. These two items are a priority

Thompson, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning came out to evaluate a leak coming from angle stop in hallway bathroom at the back of the home, Andy also had other concerns that he would like addressed. Provided an estimate for work requested Andy Approved work and began same day. In total replaced Five angle stops, four supply lines and installed two client supplied faucets with drain assemblies. Cooling maintenance on 5 systems. Before starting the maintenance customer stated the heating in the spare bedrooms was not functioning. Found an extremely dirty air filter that was not allowing any air to pas through to the indoor coil in turn system would shut off on high cut out. Replaced the filter and the system is now functioning. Also found a five foot section of insulation for the vapor line had been chewed off by the dog. Replaced insulation.
Completed AC maintenance on four split units; 1 yr 5 ton AC Pro closet unit, 34 yr 2.5 ton Day and Night closet unit, 34 yr 3 ton Day and Night closet unit, and 19 yr old Lennox hydronic heat closet unit; cleaned all four condenser coils, replaced all filters with filters provided; all condensation drain lines cleared; Recommend replacement of Master-Bedroom HVAC with new 3 ton unit.
