Completed AC maintenance on four split units; 1 yr 5 ton AC Pro closet unit, 34 yr 2.5 ton Day and Night closet unit, 34 yr 3 ton Day and Night closet unit, and 19 yr old Lennox hydronic heat closet unit; cleaned all four condenser coils, replaced all filters with filters provided; all condensation drain lines cleared; Recommend replacement of Master-Bedroom HVAC with new 3 ton unit.
AC Maintenance completed on 6 yr AC Pro split gas attic 4 ton, replaced 410 April Air filter, condensation drain line clear, cleaned condenser coil; recommend replacing voltage regulator to prevent condenser failure. Replace existing dual voltage regulator with new
Thompson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning came today to evaluate clients concern with drainage piping underneath kitchen sink. After evaluation and presenting client with options on repairs, client approved an estimate on work to be done and completed same day. Did have to completely replumb drainage piping underneath sink due to existing height of trap arm and garbage disposal being the same. Thompson plumbing presented estimate to customer to move washing machine from upstairs into garage. Customer will think about estimate in Caliza back to schedule if needed. Estimate is only good for 30 days
Performed maintenance on gas furnace. System is operating to specs 3 to 5 years old
Install Noritz NRCR92 tankless water heater. Our scope of work includes, the venting of the new water heater through existing roof vent. We will install a neutralizer on the condensation drain line. We will tie into existing recirculation line and set the internal tankless pump. We will dispose of old water heater.
Thompson plumbing is researching availability and cost of unit. Customer will call us to schedule if we can give him a discount. Will is working on it.
Replaced furnace in closet and AC unit outside
Customer had low flow coming from the upstairs guest bathroom. Installed a new Delta shower cartridge and cleaned out the shower valve. Found small rocks of hard water blocking the hot water outlet. Also found Teflon tape in the shower head. Turned on water and shower was working as it should.
Performed the heating maintenance on four systems. Upstairs unit has an over amping gas valve. Kitchen unit has a crack in the heat exchanger and that system is too be replaced. No issues with the other two systems. System to be replaced is located to the left of the entry door of the main house and the condensing unit is to the left coming down the driveway next to the propane tank. Replace the office thermostat for free with customer supplied thermostat.
Arrived for no cool. Found grounded compressor. Also found evidence of gas leak on upstairs system. Left gas valve off as precaution. Units 21 years old.
Called for water leak issue. Upon investigation found no signs of leak due to AC. Tested primary and secondary drains with both working properly. Unit 6 years old.
This estimate is to partially rebuild the toilet downstairs, we would then cable the shower in the upstairs master bathroom. We performed the work as stated above We checked for leaks and proper function No leaks Downstairs toilet is functioning appropriately at this time Upstairs Master Shower is draining appropriately at this time. 30 day warranty on toilet repair Additional $178 charge is from a previously unpaid invoice - Additional notes - We found the information for the widespread faucets located in the upstairs master bathroom. The faucets are under Deltas Lifetime warranty and recommend the homeowner contacts them in order to get replacement parts and or replacement faucets
System was low on refrigerant and had a very dirty condenser coil. Chemical cleaning on the condenser coil might be required in the future.
