Return visit to complete sold work from estimate #45108568, replaced 1” PRV and set water pressure to 60PSI. replaced expansion tank, aired up to match house pressure 60PSI. replaced anode rod and snaked left side lavatory drain line approximately 15 feet, water is draining much better. Did remove a lot of gunk from drain assembly aswell. Drained water heater on todays visit with work performed to WH, did mention to Pete that hot water will be restored in approximately 1 hour.
