Provided proposal for replacement to include duct work
Price is for the installation of a new customer supplied mini water heater. The original one is leaking from the housing and unfortunately there is now way of repairing it. Once the new one was installed I filled up the tank before turning it on. Once the tank was full I ran water out of the faucet and checked for any leaks. We also installed two new water supply lines that connect to the water heater. Unit comes with no warranty since it was purchased by the owner.
Thompson emailed Brook estimate to order and install new falsken five stage reverse osmosis water filters estimate includes parts and labor with 90 day warranty
Tested with bubbles to confirm leak tightened both flare fittings with wrenches. tested with bubbles again this time found no leak. Removed refrigerant from system pulled a vacuum reinstalled it refrigerant. Turned all five systems on to make sure they were cooling properly.

Thompson Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning came out to evaluate an active leak for new customer Allen. Allen did state he open the claim with home insurance company and was expecting an agent to arrive this afternoon. in downstairs bedroom carpet was saturated with water along with downstairs bathroom, water had come out into hallway, leading into living room, there was a potential for a slab leak. Performed a leak detection and ruled out slab leak. No abnormal sounds of excessive water was heard in pipes with equipment. In living room, the wall shared with bathroom removed sections of drywall to expose waterlines. No leak was visible from those pipes cut drywall from ceiling and higher section of wall. Found three-quarter pipe to have leak. Provided Allen with an estimate to make a repair, Allen approved work. began and finished repair same day. Turned water back on to residence to ensure no other leaks are present, at this moment in time all in working condition
Thompson plumbing Hydro jetted 4 inch cast-iron sewer line from 4 inch clean out near the entrance on the right side of the building. Thompson Hydro jetted section of bad cast-iron near the curb on the north side of the parking lot as seen in pictures Thompson also marked sewer line with orange paint. After Hydro jetting roots growing in from section closest to the property line clean out. Thompson was able to clean out sewer line. Thompson also recommends digging down and exposing 4 inch sewer line in order to shoot a 50 foot sectional liner towards the manhole and back towards the building the sectional liner will be in two parts. Sectional liner will reinforce the inner part of the original sewer pipe therefore preventing roots from entering the sewer line Thompson measured the run to be approximately 50 feet long. Thompson would have to close a section of the parking lot in order to demo asphalt and excavate 6 feet deep. Thompson will expose sewer line. Cut out a section in or
Customer approved Hydro jetting level one. Per customer he would like to schedule hydro Jetting service for Tuesday April 23. Between 10-12am. Thompson ran hydro jetter upstream from both left side and right side curb drains. Pull out some roots and rocks. Ran water in area drains in back yard. Area drains good for now. Thompson plumbing recommended service every 6 to 8 months to prevent future back ups. Inspected condensation drain line; there is no clog in the condensation drain line; line is clear and vented properly; back up of water occurring at the Washing machine drain port; blew out washing machine drain line inside laundry room as well as exterior drain exit port; if problem persists contact Thompson’s Plumbing division.

We will replace the existing toilet with new customer supplied toilet and dispose of the old one. This will require shut off at the toilet, and this estimate does not include a new shut off. We will install customer supplied parts. No warranty on manufacturer defect.
Replaced toilet in downstairs hallway bathroom with customer supplied toilet, replaced stop valve with new flex line, replaced 1” pressure regulator due to leak. Replaced flex lines for lab faucet per customer, shower valve needs to be determined so that customer can order correct trim in gold finish. Recommended replacing water heater due to age 1996.
Took thermostat out of program mode, stat at 71, set to 74 and ran heat; Unit reached temperature within 3 minutes and shut off at the desired set temperature 74, explained in Mr. Allen’s presence, the functionality and operation of the blower motor cycle after the furnace shuts off; it lasts 90 seconds and will be observed and detected by the red ribbons tied to the ceiling registers. Performed a Heating inspection and maintenance; 18 x 30 x 1 pleated filter recently replaced by Mr Allen and kept up with records; all components operating properly within manufacturer specifications; no recommendations at this time.
