Pull and store to the side temporarily while damages are repaired
Customer called us out to replace a leaking 50 gallon water heater in his garage. After close inspection it appears that the water heater was leaking from the actual tank. Both inlets for the water appeared to be dry so those were not the cause of the leak. We could see rust by the burner assembly which was more evidence that the tank itself was leaking. We temporarily set a new water heater in the garage and will return once the remediation company has dried out and repaired all the damaged caused by the leak. Restore the HVAC system once repairs complete.
