Cut and replace leaking 3/4" copper line in crawl space. Unfortunately there is no access to the pipe from the crawl space. There are drain lines and copper pipes in the way and will not allow us to reach the pipe burst. The water heater had to be drained and removed in order for us to gain access to the pipe. The pipe burst was coming from a 3/4 inch copper line elbow. I removed the section of pipe and installed a new elbow and approximately 18 inches of copper pipe. Re installed the water heater and installed new flex lines. Turned on water and checked for leaks. No leaks were found.
