They were out here the same day I called, which surprised me! My technician, Bryan, was knowledgeable and didn't try to just sell us something we didn't need. We decided to replace our motor and he did so right then. I was thinking we would have to make another appointment! I am overall very happy with their service. I'm glad I read the rave reviews and decided to use this company!
