Berry showed up, very polite, very professional, checked inside and out. Found the problem, showed me what the problem was and fixed it fast. Explained new service contract to me in a way I could understand. Very helpful to me.if I need a service man for anything again I would like Berry to come back to do repairs. Thank you for warming my place up again Berry, your AWSOME!!!!
