What is a quality control inspection? A Quality Control Inspection (QCI) is an examination done by two experienced Topline HVAC technicians. They will come to inspect your unit to make sure it was installed correctly and give you a proper diagnosis for the issues you are experiencing.
What if my unit is giving me problems after a recent install? Topline's goal is to provide our customers with top of the line service. If you are experiencing problems with a recent install, we will send one or two of our experienced HVAC technicians to perform a Quality Control Inspection to inspect your unit.

Why is my AC making weird noises? Weird noises from your AC can come from a variety of things. There may be loose screws, bolts, or fasteners. Debris on and around the fan may also lead to strange loud sounds. If you are hearing a hissing noise this is likely due to a loose valve which can mean the pressure is too high and should be fixed as soon as possible.
How much does it cost to put refrigerant in my AC? Depending on the type of refrigerant (such as R22 or R410a) and how much is needed, it can cost anywhere from $150-$900.
Why is my AC running but no cooling? This can likely be because it is low on refrigerant. Get a maintenance check on your AC to resolve this issue soon.
How often should I get my Air Conditioner checked? It is recommended that you get a maintenance check, or a clean and check, on your AC at least once a year to make sure that it is in a good and efficient condition. Topline's Membership includes a clean and check on your HVAC system once a year, along with discounts and membership perks.

The process of a thorough clean and check with us include the following: - Vacuum anything near the compressor - Making sure your furnace and AC are working - Using different volt meters to test electrical functions - Refrigerant levels are checked - Making recommendations for anything else your units may need in order for them to be up to par
What are Topline's hours? We have a 24 hr answering service available to you. We usually schedule our customers during three time frames: 8a-11a, 11a-2p, and 2p-5p. For an additional cost, we schedule our customers during the 5p-8p time frame. Of course in the case of an emergency, we do not hesitate to come to the aid of our customers in any possible way we can!
Performed 2 Air Conditioner clean and checks. Ensuring units are working properly and have been well maintained. Also did diagnosis on over flowing sump pump.
Perform a chemical coil wash & rinse on an exposed surface condenser. Also replace a 30 Amp Contactor 24V Coil to control 220v circuit. The 24 volts comes from a low voltage transformer or a control board.
