Summertime Air Conditioning Replacement Near Oakton Community College. Called out to replace a residential customer's old air conditioning system with a more reliable option for the homeowner. Replaced an old American Standard Air Conditioning system with a new 2-ton York air conditioning system.
Residential Air Conditioning Repair. Technician responded to a service call for air conditioner not working. Found the evaporator coil leaking freon. Replaced evaporator coil. Recharged freon. The system is now cooling the home as it should for the customer.
Commercial customer complaint of no heat in facility. Technician sent to diagnose the issue and found it to be irreparable. Installation of new Trane system. The facility now has working heat.
Conducted a Clean and Check service. We checked that the customer's system was working properly and as intended. If anything is found out of the ordinary we repair and/or replace it. We also make sure to clean the system with water and solution so that it can last longer and work more effectively throughout the system's lifespan.
We performed a deep humidifier cleaning, a duct cleaning which included washing all supply and return grills, cleaning all main lines and branches as possible, clean blower compartment, and spraying system with envirocon. Pulled and cleaned blower assembly. We also did a Hot Water Tank Flush to remove sediment from the system.
We installed a new Humidifier for the customer in order to provide comfort to the customer's home. They system is running properly and efficiently.
After inspecting an installation done by another company, we concluded that the customer had no heat due to a poor installation, and a broken gas valve and board. We repaired and replaced the damaged parts and properly installed the equipment for the customer. Heat was restored and the customer is happy with the work done.

Old thermostat was installed a year ago and went bad. Installed new thermostat, thermostat had warranty. I installed new thermostat and everything else is working correctly at this time.
