Provided an estimate on a gas line replacement.
The customer reported that their system was not heating. We arrived for the no heat call, inspected the unit and the system. We were able to find the issue with the system, provide pricing, and repair the issue. The system was checked out and we made sure that it ran as intended. The customer now has heat and the system is working properly.

Customer's system had started leaking. Upon inspection, we proceeded to flush the hot water tank system, clean the humidifier system, clean the blower assembly, and clean all supply and return grills. The system is now up and running as intended.
We performed a deep humidifier cleaning, a duct cleaning which included washing all supply and return grills, cleaning all main lines and branches as possible, clean blower compartment, and spraying system with envirocon. Pulled and cleaned blower assembly. We also did a Hot Water Tank Flush to remove sediment from the system. In addition, we replaced a flame sensor. This is part of an electric ignition system that is connected to the gas valve to control the flow of gas to the furnace. A flame sensor can come in both L or straight shapes, and it is part of the furnace burner's basic assembly.
Their furnace is Amana. Customer reported that they had no heat. They already tried restarting the thermostat. After our diagnosis we found that there was an issue with the flame sensor. After replacing it, the unit is now working in fine and customer has heat in their home.
Provided estimate on baseboard replacement. We proposed to replace approx. 50' of baseboard in lobby, and piping for the entire run.

The Customer's furnace was blowing cold air and the flame was not igniting. After reviewing the issue, we were able to replace the Flame Sensor and getting the furnace up and running once again. The customer now has heat and their furnace is working as intended.
Customer had issues with their old furnace. The furnace had carbon monoxide build up and had issues with the compressor. We were able to give the customer an estimate on a new furnace system that will fit their needs.
Performed furnace clean and check. Ensuring units are working properly and have been well maintained. Customer is now pleased to have a clean environment with running heat.

Leaking humidifier, humidifier pad had not been replaced in quite some time. This caused humidifier hose to become clogged with debris and not work properly. Also humidifier was set to wrong setting of "summer" during winter season. Replaced filter, recommended a newer more efficient humidifier to save cost on electrical bills, and cleaned out humidifier line. Humidifier operating properly at this time. Informed customer on settings and how to replace future filters if they decide to stay with this model.
