Conducted quarterly maintenance service and performed gas level testing using AEG handheld detector. Readings showed elevated CO2 concentrations of 1036 PPM and 1352 PPM, both exceeding the high threshold limit of 500 PPM. Documented findings with photographic evidence for service records.
