Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival system would not respond. Found that the float switch was tripped due to a clog in the primary pan. Gave options for a one time flush vs a preventative maintenance plan. Client enrolled in the preventative maintenance program and I waived the charge for flushing the drain. Performed first tune up today. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Flushed drain line. Tested capacitors. Blower wheel and coil are clean. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures. Took amp draws. Removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out. Vacuumed drain line clear from outside port. Equipment is operating properly at this time.
