Arrived at customers house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to air handler unit. Check inside of cabinet and inside of cabinet was clean. Under evaporator coil was clean. Unit had a UV bulb that was past the two-year mark. Suggesting it be changed. Next went out to condenser unit. Hooked up gauges and all pressures and readings were all the acceptable range. Open electrical cabinet and contactor was sending proper voltage. Capacitor was within range. Unit was being high on Startup. Suggesting unit get hard start kit. Customer agreed to both. Change out UV light for new. Unit now sending proper light intensity. Installed hard start kit. Unit now starting up much easier. Check in with customer and customer was pleased with work performed. Collected payment and signature and left. Customer happy.
