Complete tune up. Inspect electrical components. Test amps and volts. Delta t measures at 13 degrees. Clear out drain line with vacuum. A picture of the evaporator coil was uploaded into ST. There is very minimal growth in the air handler. At condenser checked pressures, temps, amps and volts. I added (2) lbs. of 410a refrigerant. There is a leak in the unit. We did not move forward with a leak search. The unit is now charged to manufacturers specifications. Unit is in normal operating condition at this time.
