Called out today to perform a precision tune up on a year old system. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating properly within manufacture specifications. Checked filter, Evaporator coil is clean. Cleared drain line. Drain line was heavily impacted. Used two gallons of water and solvent to clear the drain. Measured temperature rise across the coil. Tested float switch. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures. Took amp draws. Vacuumed drain line from outside port. Surge protector is out of warranty. This is the last visit on this years maintenance agreement. Installed surge protector and renewed preventative maintenance agreement. Equipment is operating properly at this time.
