Customer concerned about unit not cooling properly. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer has replaced filter. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. The drain line is dry and working properly. Checked blower motor operation and inspected equipment cabinet. Checked outside condenser unit and located the run start capacitor is bad and needs to be replaced. I have replaced capacitor in condenser unit and checked system operation. After running for 3 mins the condenser fan motor has stopped and tested bad. The condenser fan motor needs to be replaced. Tempstar Model # M4hp4048a1000ab Serial # 180540140m Customer has approved for new fan motor and new capacitor. Customer has declined membership at this time.
