No cool Found system low on 410a refrigerant. Rechecked pressures after 10 minutes and pressures continued to drop indicating the system was freezing. Found oil in drain line indicating a leaking evaporator coil. System is a Frigidaire mixed coil system these systems are prone to evaporator coil leaks. Refilled the system for temporary cooling. Homeowner is aware that the system will continue to leak until replaced or repaired. I discussed repair versus replace on a 10 year old system with no warranty.
