Customers blower motor was being energized 24 seven even though low voltage was not sending signal to the motor to turn on. That is an indication of an internal short inside the motor. I replace the motor with factory OEM motor and now system is operating. I also recommended to customer due to growth starting to form inside of the unit to invest in the UV, pure air germicidal system to prevent continuous growth. Customer is going to think about it and contact office if they decide to move forward.
