I performed a maintenance. I checked pressures, electrical components and flushed drain line with cleaner. The start capacitor is starting to get weak ( buy time) . I noticed the contractor was replaced. I recommend on installing a surge protector to protect the compressor/ components from surges. I installed the surge protector. The air handler has biological growth. This will create breakdowns and lack efficiency. I recommend a uv light which prevents growth and clean air. I put a quote together on the different options. Let us know if you will like to move forward..I left the system in good working order..
