Performed preventative maintenance tune up. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer Replace filter. Checked blower motor operation and inspected evaporator coil condition. Cleaned vacuumed drain pan and drain line. Cleaned vacuumed condensate drain pump and checked operation. Test safety float switch and inspected drain line. Cycled system in heat strip and inspected equipment cabinet. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Unit is cooling well and drains at this time. Suggest new membership renewal. Customer refused at this time.
