Upon arrival customer told me the ac system was not cooling down the system. I found a blocked drain. Cleared the drain and unit ran. It ran for 10 minutes and then shut off. Had to get to the roof and could not. Need to call customer in the morning to set up a time to go back. When maintenance guys is there
