Arrived at customer's house force system not cooling. On arrival customer showed me to air handle the unit. Tested for power and none was detected. Customer had the unit shut off at the breakers and forgot. Turn breakers back on and went upstairs. Unit was still not turning on. Checked the condensate line float switch reservoir and found water. Show to customer. Suggested customer get condensate line vacuumed out. Customer declined. Customer insisted he do it himself. Customer vacuumed out line and I verified Good suction from air handler. Suggested customer get drain solved treatment. Customer declined. Explain how our drain solve treatment came with a longer warranty and what it did to the PVC condensate line. Customer still declined. Talk to customer about biography, and our UV light. Gave customer literature. Suggested customer sign up with plan if he will not take any preventative measures. It will make our trips out here cheaper. Customers not interested in plan at this time.
