Called out today due to no cooling. Upon arrival system was running but not maintaining temperature. Found two heavily impacted filters which was restricting airflow. Removed 1” filter. Unable to get true refrigerant due to ice. Also unable to verify if the evaporator is impacted. Left the thermostat off and fan turned on to help thaw out system. Told tenant to turn system back on in a few hours. Please do not hesitate to call back if there are any further issues. House is 75 degrees upon departure.
