Upon arrival to scheduled system maintenance I was shown to an A/H unit located vertically in a kitchen closet space. Then immediately pulled panel doors off the unit to inspect all electrical connections, collect electrical readings and check the evap coil for cleanliness. Evaporator coil is clean with pictures uploaded to ST. All electrical components connections are secure with amp draw/voltage readings running within range of factory specifications.. This system is equipped with a Pure Air X UV that is needing a bulb replacement at this time. Homeowner agreed and moved forward with replacement! Collected temperature differentials in both heating and cooling modes. In the cooling mode had a 17° delta T. and in the heating mode the system was putting out 82° at the supply Plenum.
