Arrived at customer's house for system inspection. On arrival home owner showed me to air handler unit. Opened up cabinet and saw bio growth. Unit is equipped with a surface UV light. Bulb is past change date though. Pointed out to customer and suggested they get bulb changed. Customer is waiting for a loan to come within the next few weeks. Will call us to get bulb. Also informed customer of upgraded UV light. Left literature with customer and customer will consider upgrading with loan money. Also informed customer of our financing options. Unit was producing proper Delta T. Next went out to condenser unit and opened electric cabinet. Tested all components. Contactor sending proper voltage. Capacitor within acceptable range.
