Upon arrival to scheduled maintenance I was shown to an A/H unit in a closet. Took off panel door to inspect all electrical components amp draw/voltage readings as well as check the evap coil. Evaporator coil was clean and readings of electrical equipment were within range of factory specs, except for the run capacitor that powers the fan motor. Capacitor was running low and below rating, I suggested to homeowner that we go ahead with replacing to ensure she wouldn’t be without cool air down the road. Installed new turbo 200 mini. Went to outdoor C/U to check Freon levels as well as inspect and collect readings of all electrical components connections. This unit is equipped with a new turbo 200 capacitor and contactor that are fully operational at this time. Freon levels were on point. Cleared drain with vacuum and followed with solution to ensure drainline was clear and properly draining with unit in operation. Overall this unit is operating very well, spoke with homeowner
