No cool. Defrost board in hard lockout from 4 low pressure cut off faults. Cooling pressures are stable and normal. After 3 attempts to switch into heat mode the outdoor Txv failed and suction pressure crashed to 0 psi. After change over to cooling, pressures returned to normal. Blower motor was operating properly eliminating an airflow issue. The system will need the out door Txv replaced to operate properly. Due to cost of repair of an out of warranty Txv, the home owner would like a quote for system replacement. Corey is scheduled for 12 - 2 tomorrow. System will cool at this time but heat should not be used to prevent system locking out again
