Called out today due to water leaking from the system. Upon arrival water was leaking through door. Took doors off the machine, inspected drain lines, pan and drainage. Found that flex seal was added to the underside of the drain pan to cover a crack.. that sealant is causing water to be redirected elsewhere. Half of the condensation is draining and the other half is coming out of the door. Client had to replace his evaporator coil and eev through another company… which is when this sealant was sprayed. We will have to replace the drain pan for the machine to drain properly. Client would like to hold off and vacuum water in the meantime. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!
